    My clients who follow it to the letter:

What is “lifestyle changes” ?
My meal plans and training programs are designed for your personal goals and requirements, but a lifestyle change/lifestyle changes would be me helping you with, for example, finding the perfect time when to do what, how much and how long would be most beneficial for your needs.

Monthly Personal Coaching

Package 1:

$100 – Coaching on either training, androgens, or diet.
This package includes

  • 1 skype call (60min max). If you don’t want to do a skype call, we’ll do emails the first week to get you going with the action plan.
  • 1 weekly follow up email (3 in total) for the rest of the 30 days of our coaching.

Package 2:

$150 – Coaching on training, androgens, metabolism and diet all together. This package includes

  • 1 skype/zoom video call. If you don’t want to do a skype call, we’ll do emails the first week to get you going with the action plan.
  • 1 weekly follow up email (3 in total) for the rest of the 30 days of our coaching.

Package 3:

$300 – Coaching on training, androgens, metabolism and diet all together.
This package includes

  • 4 skype/zoom video calls (one every week).

You will send all questions to me before we do the video calls on subsequent calls for me to be prepared.

For any one of these packages…

You will need to contact me with the information on what you need help with and I’ll send you a questionnaire that will enable me to help you better. Then we will schedule a skype/zoom video call to talk about implementing an actionable plan to help get you to your goal.

Results you can expect:

  • Around 4lbs or more of fat loss per month if fat loss is your goal.
    • Although this might be slower than other people’s protocols, it’s the most sustainable and after the fat loss period you’ll be healthier, have more energy and the fat will stay off. No rebound. Some clients have actually lost up to 20 pounds in the first month, so 4lbs is not the limit.
  • >2lbs of lean muscle gains every month.
    • My clients that want to maximize muscle growth gains a minimum of 2lbs of muscle per month and some even up to 10lbs in a month.
  • Adding pounds to your lifts on a weekly basis.
    • Some add 100 pounds in 12 weeks on my programs. Any training program can get you results, but doing the right one will maximize them.
  • Achieving aesthetic symmetry.
    • Too many programs neglect symmetry. My training program neglect nothing.
  • Becoming functional and minimizing injury.
    • Training is fun, but getting an injury is not. My programs strengthen all aspects of your body to keep you in the game.
  • Increasing energy, androgens, mental capacity, and general well-being.
