    My clients who follow it to the letter:
    • gain  2lbs of muscle per month, at a minimum, and even up to 10lbs in a month.
    • lose at least 4lbs of fat per month and some even 15lbs.

How my coaching works

The first email is always free but for further person-specific help (for e.g. diet, supplementation, lifestyle changes, training program etc.) I offer my monthly service of:

$100 – if you only want help in one area (e.g. diet)
$125 – if you want help in two areas (e.g. diet + supplementation)
$150 – if you want help in three areas (e.g. diet + supplements + training or lifestyle changes).

What is “lifestyle changes” ?
My meal plans and training programs are designed for your personal goals and requirements, but a lifestyle change/lifestyle changes would be me helping you with, for example, finding the perfect time when to do what, how much and how long would be most beneficial for your needs.


We’ll be in contact via email. You give me all the details of your request/s and then I’ll design an applicable plan of action (diet, exercise, supplements, lifestyle, etc.) that will work for you specifically. We then fine-tune the program/meal plan for you, which usually takes about 3 days to perfect the plan of action. After that, we’ll be in contact on a weekly basis where you check in with me once a week and give me an update on your progress.
I’ll then provide you with adjustments where and if needed at all.

Summary of how it works:

  • Day 1: You contact me with your request
  • Day 2-5: Design and work out a course of action for you to implement from there on forwards.
  • Day 7, 14, 21, 28: Weekly check-ins to ensure continual progress and make any adjustments where or if necessary.

Results you can expect:

  • Around 4lbs or more of fat loss per month if fat loss is your goal.
    • Although this might be slower than other people’s protocols, it’s the most sustainable and after the fat loss period you’ll be healthier, have more energy and the fat will stay off. No rebound. Some clients have actually lost up to 20 pounds in the first month, so 4lbs is not the limit.
  • >2lbs of lean muscle gains every month.
    • My clients that want to maximize muscle growth gains a minimum of 2lbs of muscle per month and some even up to 10lbs in a month.
  • Adding pounds to your lifts on a weekly basis.
    • Some add 100 pounds in 12 weeks on my programs. Any training program can get you results, but doing the right one will maximize them.
  • Achieving aesthetic symmetry.
    • Too many programs neglect symmetry. My training program neglect nothing.
  • Becoming functional and minimizing injury.
    • Training is fun, but getting an injury is not. My programs strengthen all aspects of your body to keep you in the game.
  • Increasing energy, androgens, mental capacity, and general well-being.
